ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Wapikoni is hiring!

We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and efficient individual to be our new Accounting and Payroll Assistant

Wapikoni is rapidly expanding, several activities are underway, and we receive a high volume of requests and partnerships. We are therefore looking for a methodical and motivated individual to check, process and sort a high volume of accounting data.

Do completed forms warm your heart (group insurance and VRSP follow-ups, severance slip production)?

Are you detail-oriented and comfortable with handling exceptions for the good of your team (expense report monitoring, pay equity annual update)?

Is exactness important to you? Do you believe there is a proper place for everything (filing supporting documents, managing accounts payables and receivables)?

You don’t mind answering your colleagues’ questions and you enjoy helping them ease data processing (collaborating to the optimization of tools and working methods pertaining to accountability)?

Do you love a challenge and working with new management tools (upcoming implementation of a new payroll processing system, accounting system and administrative procedures)?

In case of doubt, do you double and triple check
