DATA ENTRY CLERK - ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTING

DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of general management and in collaboration with Administration, Finance and Accounting employees, the Data Entry Clerk will support the sector’s operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record invoices and follow up with the Finance and Accounting Manager
  • Ensure the weekly payment of suppliers
  • File invoices and supporting documents

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Excel proficiency
  • Relevant experience
  • Meticulousness, good work etiquette
  • Ability to handle stress and adapt
  • Ability to work in an open workspace
  • Bilingualism is an asset.

Location:
Montreal
Schedule: 2 days per week (15 hours), Thursdays and Fridays
Hourly Wage: $16.50
Duties starting in February 2020
